What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On one or more sites in GSM admin consule select "parse log files"
2. Close down admin console. Try and reopen, and you get:
"Failed to init message pipe in cgi."
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the admin console running, as it has done before I
selected the "parse log files" option.
I see "Failed to init message pipe in cgi."
The service is crashing while reading the IIS log files. It crashes at the
same file every time. I removed the file but it crashed on the next file
so there might be some buffer limit that it's reaching and generating an
exception error. Without the service running the admin web interface will
not work.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Server 2003, IIS 6, latest version (downloaded on 16tgh March 2010)
