Web Server hangs when cient is HTTP 1.0 #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?

v0.6.7

1. httpd 8000 'examples/www-static.g'
2. Do GET / HTTP/1.0

What do you see?
Server hangs.
What is the expected output?
Response followed by closed connection.

Server was using keep-alive, but not processing the request. Bug introduces 
when upgrade to HTTP/1/1 was added.
