Install4j build automation - overcome all-integer version number constraint. #53

Install4j command-line won't accept untagged versions (with hash) like  
    0.6.11-5-g273c237-b0.
I want to auto-generate install4j xml file in Ant to workaround this (allegedly 
its possible).
so that the entire build, package and upload to googlecode can be automatic.
