What steps will reproduce the problem?
The reference manual is out-of-date for
1. installation using Install4j packages - deb, dmg, exe
2. source code from Git now, not Mercurial / source forge.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
