The audio from the eyes-free shell, the accessibility TalkBack UI, and the DAISY reader need to behave well together #5

In our early testing, and from comments on the Android TTS Google Group, we
know there can be conflicts in the audio from the environment (e.g. eyes-free
shell / TalkBack) and the DAISY reader, especially when it's playing audio
from an eBook.

At some stage we will need to find ways to integrate the behaviour of the
various talking aspects of the Android device and the application to provide
a useful user-experience.

We will need to flesh out the details of the design and integration and work
with the eyes-free project team, etc.
