Hi,
every time I open chrome (or chromium) in a mahimahi shell the warning in the title show up and then I'm unable to input in the browser any key since "IBUS-WARNING **: Events queue growing too big, will start to drop." appears each time I press a key.
I've read in the other issue that is suggested to delete a tmp folder of IBUS, but honestly I didn't find it.
Looking around I found other suggestion: change GTK_IM_MODULE variable from ibus to xim. In this case the ibus related warnings disappear but others connected with xim appear (something about dimension of a window).
Tested with Chrome version 68, but the error is present also with the updated Chrome 83 . OS: Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS (Bionic Beaver). Mahimahi installed with apt.
Does anyone know how to fix?
