Highlight, Redact, Text, and Line Options are hidden behind Screen Shot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take a screen shot
2. Attempt to edit by clicking on highlight, redact, text, or line
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to see options for highlighting, line color, etc.  I can't 
select anything as the options are falling behind the screen capture.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Chrome

Please provide any additional information below.

I have attached a screenshot of my screenshot.  I clicked on line to show you 
what is happening.  The options are hidden behind the screenshot itself.
