Editing Tools Not Visible After Screenshot #299

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clicking the "Screen Capture" Extension within Google Chrome renders the 
editing tools useless on the next screen that opens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that editing tools such as "Highlight", "Redact", "Text" 
etc is available for changing the line thickness, and color of text.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 and Version 5.0.5 for Screen Capture Extension
