I do not see items in the drop-down menu when editing a screenshot. #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I choose a region and make a screenshot
2. Turn into edit mode
3. I point to the menu item (Line or Text, for example)

I expected to see the drop-down menu. But see nothing, cause their content 
overlaps with the screenshot below.

Version: 5.0.6
Windows 7 64

I solved the problem by editing .toolbar rule in showimage.css (Add z-index: 
100000)
