Hover Toolbar is hiding with the header #329

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to any web page 
2.Click on capture button or top right
3.Place the mouse over any toll box button on the deader

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have attached the screenshot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Screen Capture (by Google) 5.0.6

I forgot to add version of os... Please find it bellow

Chrome Version 28.0.1500.95 m
Operating system - Windows7
