Newest version of Chrome (I'm using  28.0.1500.95) deprecated BlobBuilders and 
now uses Blob objects directly. 

Patched issue can be reproduced by trying to share an image on Imgur.

For several months doing at a similar patch myself. Without this sharing does 
not work.
