Most of the time this service works really well - but lately the drop down menu
for page capture is inactive (So visible but just doesn't work)
If I refresh this generally gets it going again - but sometimes not - and
always a pain to do.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Occasional problem - normal steps to take a screenshot
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the options for screenshots in the drop down menu - but they are all
inactive
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest Version and MAC OS - Lion
