Is not working #356

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. Select 'Capture page region'
3. Release the click and nothing happened :)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The image capture.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

5.1.4
Windows 7 x64 Professional

Please provide any additional information below.

Doesn't work neither on Chrome or Canary.
