Chrome Screen Capture cannot be found in the Chrome Web Store. #362

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the chrome-screen-capture Project Home.
2. Click the "Installation Page" link.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chrome Web Store 404 error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Installation. Regardless of the operating system.

Please provide any additional information below.
This might be because Chrome Web Store (Chromium) is unpublishing extensions 
that require NPAPI from the Chrome Web Store.
