Add make files or .bat files for building without an IDE #236

There should be a capability to build the library and the generator 
automatically, without starting VB or monodevelop.

msbuild (on Windows) or xbuild should do the job -- it takes a .sln file 
directly, and compiles all projects in the solution. Does that help?

xbuild seems to do the right thing, but not for the overall .sln file. It needs 
a few hand calls. A README to document it would be sufficient. I can provide 
one after I hone the process.
