Delete Button on Update Book Page doesn't work #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into the Cube with a Staff or Administrative account
2. Click on a book's reference number
3. Click Edit
5. Click Delete

What is the expected output?
Book is successfully deleted

What do you see instead?
Book does not get deleted.

fixed by r137 The delete button on the update book page was going to a view 
which doesn't even do any deleting
