Fixes About section error. #37

This is a bug fix.

Summary

  1. The liquid tag including the about.html was not in place thus never loaded.
  2. The navigation entry for about was missing.

This is intentional, to match the original Agency bootstrap theme. The about section was an additional option I added to the set of included sections, but it is not in the main page to match the original.

@rbenitezpagan I'm going to merge these changes for now but not sure about the layout and coloring changes. Thanks for the good work!
