Submit button does not work NET 3.5 #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add recapcha control to .NET form
2. it validates when it is visible true.
3. when Recaptcha control is visible false it does not allow submit button to 
fire submit event.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Submit button does not fire submit event, the javascript restrict user 
mandatory.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.5.0
