Manage Account_Hourly Rate

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After loggin into url- https://test.tradiechoice.com/
2.Go to Manage Accounts
3.View Hourly Rate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The corresponding money symbol should be present. Either generic $ for all 
users or as per the country of the user, symbol should be shown

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I fixed it on my local site and committed into test repository but not see any 
changes. Please check the repository why updated file not showing in 
https://test.tradiechoice.com/ site.
