Normalize max message length #116

MAX_MONITOR_MSG_LENGTH is set to 1024 in aedaemon.h, defined as 1204 in the 
protocol specification and the message buffer is set to 4096 in selfmon,c – 
these should all be set to the same value, correct?

The buffer being bigger than teh message length is not a problem.  Also in the 
protocol specification, in project-wiki page, it states maximum message length 
is 1023 bytes,
