CodeReview: Should include the debug flagged message inside aeLOG() function #50

For the ae daemon, we have the function aeDEBUG() and aeLOG() where the 
function aeDEBUG() is active only when the global DEBUG flag is turned on (set 
to 1). It appears that for places that call the aeLOG(), the function aeDEBUG() 
is called as well. Suggest to call aeDEBUG() inside aeLOG().
