we all need to put together a integrated make and install #65

Right now we have isolated make and install for 'ae' and 'rpoxy.  But what are 
we going to do for the Android App?

User should get a single installable package and move on,
ravi.

The integrated script is now in place that will compile the 'ae' and 'aeproxy', 
create the chroot environment, install the produce code in proper places. There 
is also another short script that user can run to properly start the 'aeproxy' 
and the 'ae' daemon.
