I closed my previous PR. This one should not change the Makefile.

The failing checks details looks to me like upstream has moved some more header stuff into the kernel source.

I fixed one set of failing checks by pulling upstream changes into my repository. Now it is complaining about pci_iomap_range.

I thought we had that into the kernel source already.
