Broken link in CONTRIBUTING.md #444

In CONTRIBUTING.md The link Project Ideas links to https://wiki.ravynos.com/wiki/Project_Ideas which gives a 404 error. Should this link be changed to Project Wish List? I can send a PR for this change if needed.
