  • [x] resource fields for each

• [ ] a text field for number of resources being spent

• [x] list current projects

  • [ ] current spent
  • [ ] how much is needed to be spent
  • [x] resource fields for each

• [ ] new project button

• [x] submit this year button

• [ ] map

  • [ ] zoom into area for this civilization

• [ ] For any resource fields

• [ ] limit text field to number, positive numbers or 0, and no more than what can be spent.

• [x] dial/scroll thing to increase decrease the number
