Add invisibility flag

Add an invisibilty flag to

• cf_site
• cf_template
• cf_javascript
• cf_stylesheet
• cf_java

If set to 1, these entries should not be visible in the Clownfish backend.

In a second step it should only be visible for a super admin (add super admin flag to cf_user).
