[Alluvial Graph] - Flow dosn't represent actual segmentation

let's pick for istance this simple dataset, simulating a survey about problem solving: tipo problema;interlocutore;esito tecnico;helpdesk;ok tecnico;helpdesk;ok commerciale;helpdesk;ko commerciale;sales agent;ok tecnico;sales agent;ko commerciale;helpdesk;ko commerciale;helpdesk;ko tecnico;helpdesk;ok

Generatins a flow like this:

you'll see that techincal problems seems to be ok if issued to sales agent and commercial problem ko. I believed that flows could help identifying correlation between steps. Any suggestion?

I am not sure what the question/issue is here... Alluvial diagram 'forgets' where flows come from for every new step. If you want to keep that information, maybe Parallel Sets works better for you
