WIP: translations

We'll use "TRANSLATED" value for translatable keys in metadata, dimensions, options

• [ ] prepare init script for translations (puts "TRANSLATED" automatically in required metadata, and create EN.json)
• [ ] prepare a language update script that finds "TRANSLATED" values and creates/updates the tranlation file (lang is a parameter)
• [ ] global translation file for categories
• [ ] create pre-build script that merges all jsons in a single transations file
