To do:

[x] Restructure project to make it more modular
[x] Ditch CMake build system
[x] Add Meson build system support
[x] Add CI for:
- Arch Linux
- Ubuntu Trusty/Xenial/Bionic
- Mac OS X
- Linux ARMv6 (Raspberry Pi 1/Zero)
- Linux ARMv7 (Raspberry Pi 2/3)
- ~~Windows x86/x64~~ (quite impossible to build atm due to not being able to build re using MSVC and not being able to build usrsctp with MinGW, thus AppVeyor is disabled and MinGW cross builds, too.)
- Android ARM/ARM64 (API levels 21/27)
[x] Add and apply clang-format
[x] Update readme
[x] Update to latest version of re
[x] Release as 0.1.0
