Request: Collection menu in tray icon menu #633

Which version of Cantata?
Current trunk

I have multiple MPD servers in my home, and sometimes I want to quickly switch
to a different one to control it (like to pause it or turn down the volume).
To do this now, I have to either open Cantata's window and go through the menu,
or keep a different MPD client running that's connected to the other server
(like QMPDClient, which is handy but quite inferior to Cantata ;).

It would be very handy if there were a Collection menu in the tray icon's
pop-up menu. Then I could quickly switch to a different server without having
to open the Cantata window.

Should be easy enough to do - for 1.6.0

Thank you. :)

I just built r5687, though, and it doesn't seem to be working. When Cantata is
first launched, the tray icon menu has no Collections submenu. After opening
the main settings menu, the tray icon has a Collections item, but it's not an
expandable submenu. I tried changing some settings in the Collections settings
to force updateConnections() and copyMenu() to run, and I tried connecting to
different servers, but it didn't make any difference.

I looked at the diff, but I'm afraid I don't know enough about Qt to figure it
out. Could it be missing some initialization code?

Let me know if I can help. Thanks.

Odd, works fine for me. Anyhow, I have made a small change - please try again.
