Update slack plugin #69

The old slack plugin was using the deprecated API. It's no longer possible to generate incoming webhook tokens, the API has moved to just use webhook URLs.

For the most part, this uses the exact same logic and layout, just updates for the new API format.

Closing this in favor of #79. I pulled your commit in then removed the vendored dependencies and changed the formatting a bit. Thanks for this!
