"Failed to reset MikuMikuEffect" ray.x bug (?) #121

So this one is oddly specific, and has a little bit of a story with it, so hang in there. Originally, ray-mmd 1.5.0 and onwards worked fine on my computer, a windows surface book 2 with 8GB RAM (not much, i know), and a 64-bit processor (ill provide more information if needed lol). I had been working on something in mmd, using 1.5.2, and everything had been running smoothly until I attempted to load in a motion blur effect-- it gave me an error, mmd crashed, and I had assumed I had too many effects loaded, or I had loaded it in wrong, or whatever else. When I reopened the program to restart my project, it would give me a "Failed to reset MikuMikuEffect" error every time I attempted to load in ray.x with 1.5.0, 1.5.1, and 1.5.2. 1.3.0 and 140beta work just fine, strangely. I have tried to run MMD in windows 8 compatibility mode, deleting and reinstalling MMD, deleting and reinstalling MME, deleting and reinstalling raycast and its versions multiple times, and I know it cant be my graphics card or RAM because it had worked fine previously. I dont know if it has something to do with the motion blur effect I had used (MotionBlur3 specifically, if that matters at all). I'm not sure if I have to modify ray.config, or if it has something to do with my C++ programs, or whatever it is. I hope someone can help me out, I've been struggling with this for weeks and haven't found any sort of solution yet. (I have material packs/normalmaps that only work with 1.5.2 that I've been dying to use lolol)
