[Refactor] Rename raycluster_controller_fake_test.go to XXX_unit_test.go #2074

Why are these changes needed?

All other files in the ray-operator/controllers/ray/ folder are named XXX_test.go or XXX_unit_test.go. It is weird that raycluster_controller_fake_test.go is named fake_test.
