Clarifies XGBoost training params, adds ignore in RayDMatrix example, adds Ray Datasets to Data Sources section.

@Yard1 this is a separate repo from the Ray docs though, yes? Can we add this same content there too?

@worldveil once this is merged I will update the one in the Ray repo. Making the process automatic is on the backlog.
