Terminal Prompt Disabled #262

I’m trying to install LSP using vim-plug, I run PlugInstall and this is the error I get: fatal: could not read Username for ‘https://github.com’: terminal prompts disabled

I am also getting this error when installing nvim-tree-devicons, can somebody please help?
