Turn Based System

• Create a variable to track the current player's turn.
• Update the UI to display whose turn it is.

Responsibilities:

• Write GDScript code to manage the turn-based system.
• Update the UI to clearly indicate the current player's turn.
• Collaborate with team members responsible for "Player Hands" and "Card Selection and Play" for seamless integration.
