body margin issue #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pre-defined body margin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2 and 0.3

Please provide any additional information below.
When there is a predefined body margin, for example vbulletins body style
has "margin:0 35px;" as default and it messes up the location of the tooltip.

I know you have it set to over-ride this issue in the Javascript but doing
so can mess up a sites style/look.

Hello i'm using 0.0.5 and i have an issue.
I have margin auto. And all my content go left when puting the code for jixed 
bar, what should I do ?
