Image stuck on the bar. #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When you open the website, it sticks the image of the Webs sticker.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that the bar will stay at the bottom, instead it sticked the webs 
sticker, a javascripted image, into the bar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jixedbar 0.0.2 on IE 7

Please provide any additional information below.
The entire thing is explained at the image.

Oh yeah, more info:
2. Scrolling the window up and down, the picture still remains.
3. I used this on a laptop with 1280 x 800 screen resolution.
