IE7 issues width hide/show button and adsense ads

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Viewing jixedbar in IE7 or IE8 in compatibility mode
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The show hide button doesn't show, or just 1px wide string will be visible 
depending on if there is another element next to it or if it is the only right 
align button.
- Google adsens ads is fixed when page scroll

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Pro & jixedbar 0.0.5

Hello!

Anyone have a fix for this ? Scrolling in IE7 move my adsense ads for all over 
the screen..
