Show on Top - not working #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changing from false to true doesnt work at all.
2.

It stays down all the time. 

Firefox 3.6.12 and Chrome 7.0.517.44 Windows 7 64bit Ultimate.

The rest of it seems fine. It just doesn't go up. don know why.

Also: 
How about a slide up <li> with html files, like a modal window.

fixed it, 

copy that example code into the head of a doc doesnt work though.

editing the main js file did.
