DOCTYPE differences cause issues with IE7 #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?

If you change:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" 
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

to

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN"
    "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd">

You have problems.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

jixedbar is shifted too far right, makes a horizontal scrollbar.  Hover over 
textbar spans the whole window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.0.5 on Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
