Tooltip doesn't work with the last jQuery version (1.6.x) #63

Hello,

I installed the last version jixedBar on my dev website. I noticed that the 
tooltips were not displayed. I changed jQuery 1.6.2 for jQuery 1.5.2 and after 
that it worked fine.

After some tests, I can say that since version 1.6.0 jixedBar doesn't work 
completely.
