Keyboard shortcut for hiding Navigation bar not working

Which Minimalist Gmail option is causing the problem?

The hide navigation bar option and its keyboard shortcut (tilde key)

What is the problem? Describe completely:

When the option to hide the navigation bar is selected the tilde key does not 
toggle between it being hidden and not being hidden. I can still open/close it 
with the mouse, however.

Other Gmail extensions -

Fixed! The problem was so stupid and simple I'm not even going to tell you what 
it was. Please update to 1.6.11 and confirm.

Sorry this took so long everyone, I found the bug by accident while I was 
working on Minimalist for Google Calendar...
