Port 5060/udp not open/listening #181

SIPdroid doesn't leave port 5060/udp open, so incoming SIP requests cannot
reach the client. This forces users to use TCP when UDP is often the
preferred transport (cf. e.g. single-hop-discovery-like in RFC 3261).

Please let the user choose/enable UDP as a transport for SIP.
