minimize to tray, close to close #28

Since TorChat has a tray icon, minimizing it should put it to the systray.
As it is, the close button puts it in the tray, when it should actually
close TorChat (with optionally confirmation for closing, if the user prefers).

minimize to tray is something that does not really exist. 

The minimize button does what it says: it minimizes the window. 
The close button also does what it says: It closes the window. 

Note that closing a window does not mean: quit the entire application. Closing 
a chat
window closes only the chat window and closing the buddy list just closes the 
buddy
list window.
