A forum or blog for torchat users to discuss torchat news, bugs and fixes
is really needed.

Anybody have the knowledge and time to set this up?

If it happens, I hope it is on a privacy friendly site, ie, NOT Google, Yahoo 
or the
like.

feel free to start one. 

I personally cannot maintain a forum, therefore WontFix as far as this TorChat 
bug is concerned, but I would visit your forum if you create one and also post 
there if needed.
