It's annoying to have to go into buddy list to copy my hidden service address. 
Have a menu item to put the address in the clipboard or some other place where 
you can copy the service address in the application

Simple patch for Quine's request. This might have the wrong line numbers due to 
it being implemented against my previous patch to tc_gui.py, sorry.

And of course MPOP_COPY_ID_TO_CLIPBOARD=u"Copy ID to clipboard" needs to be 
added to the translations.
