Settings window panes "User interface" and "Misc" don't display properly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Make AddGrowableCol(0) change from 
http://code.google.com/p/torchat/issues/detail?id=81
1. Open settings window
2. Click on either pane

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like. Pictures of what I do see 
attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2011-01-13, Mac OS X 10.5.8 using wxWidgets 2.9 and wxPython 2.9.1.

Please provide any additional information below.

i'm closing this bug since it must have been the wrong argument to 
AddGrowableCol() from the other bug

This bug has not been fixed. After updating to the latest SVN, this is still 
what I see. The Network tab is fine, the User interface and Misc tabs are not.
