temporary file not deleted afer crash #92

During the crash of Issue 90 a file was sent to me, already received 
temporarily but not properly saved yet.
The outcome: the temporary file is still saved on my hard disk and has to be 
deleted manually.

there is nothing I can do about it other than fixing the cause for the crash. 
TorChat is simply not supposed to crash (at least this is the design goal). I'm 
closing this bug.
