[Arc] Ranking Function #11030

Description

It would be INCREDIBLE if the Arc Raycast extension implemented a ranking system similar to how some other Raycast extensions have (eg. Browser Bookmarks), and how Raycast itself uses.

I regularly find myself having to search down my endless pins/tabs in Raycast to get to the link I use most often. If a ranking system was in place, it would solve this issue.

Who will benefit from this feature?

Anyone with significant number of pins/tabs in Arc.
